Package 2 – Property administration  & holiday rental

  • Package 1A/1H
  • We obtain for your property, holiday rental “Touristic License”
  • Tenants Management: screening & finding tenants
  • Rent collecting
  • Handling complaints/emergencies,
  • Handling move in & move outs (check-in & check-out)
  • Dealing with evictions – if any
